it was an amazing experience in an absolutely gorgeous hotel. staff were accommodating, wi-fi was free, and i loved its perfect location adjacent to the center and taxco and downtown.

Brilliant location, active staff, fine beds, inclusive breakfast, extraordinarily good value for money. The rooms were perfect and efficient. I liked the exemplary service. Had access to its wifi, it was good.

All staff was sincere, attractive and competitive value for money, would stay here again. Place was fairly clean and relaxing. Quiet beds, warm rooms, comfortable balcony. The outdoor bar in the hotel had lots of complementary martini and juices throughout the day.

Pleasant staff and location - public parking is provided. Comfy bed, a safe, a writing desk and ironing facilities, spacious room.

There is bad smell in some places.

We had 2 nights in Taxco de Alarcon, spending our time here lovely. Lovely units with the view.

We enjoyed staff and service of this hotel. Rooms with a SPECTACULAR view. The property was located in the heart of the city. We would stay there again if we go to Taxco de Alarcon.

Museo Guillermo Spratling was in the immediate vicinity. We spent our evenings in nearby mezcaleria las fuentes enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Honestly no complaints.

The hotel's setting an easy walk to everything we wanted to explore, like santa prisca. The property was situated not far from the para las pozas azules bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Rosa Mexicano that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Good beds in the rooms
